This group of teachers will be trained to use and create podcasts in their classrooms. Our experience throughout the year will be reflected upon in this blog.

Podcast #6
March is a short month and includes csap. Post a podcast/enhanced podcast/vodcast that will help students with csap in your content area.

I decided to interview six students about how they felt about the CSAP after they took it. I think that for next year's class this will be a valuable tool. I think it's interesting how they really picked up on the preparation that teachers do for them and the parts about supporting their arguments. This was valuable in that students shared some things I hadn't thought about...that the CSAP includes things from their entire schooling...YIKES!!
As social studies is not directly connected the the CSAP, I basically continued with 'business as usual' concerning podcasting. I posted another 'studycast' on Federalism and the test the students will(did) take.
Because I was slacking off AND because my current 9th graders do not take a science CSAP, I failed to do this assignment as it was given to us. I did however, a final exam tip guide for my students. I'll be curious if anyone actually uses it...we'll see.
